🚀 Getting Started

Welcome! Let's get BestieBot set up on your server in just a few easy steps.

1. Invite the Bot

Click the "Add to Server" button above and select your server. You'll need Administrator or Manage Server permissions.

2. Configure Permissions

BestieBot works best with Administrator permissions to fully manage channels, messages, and roles. This ensures all features function properly.

3. Start Using Commands

All of BestieBot's commands use Discord's slash command system. Simply type / in any channel to see available commands. Try /seal_fact or /motivate to get started!

🛠️ Utility Commands

/remind

Set a reminder for any future date and time. The bot will ping you in the channel when it's time. All times are in CST timezone.

/remind task:<text> month:<1-12> day:<1-31> hour:<1-12> minute:<0-59> am_pm:<AM/PM>

Example: /remind task:Team meeting month:12 day:25 hour:2 minute:30 am_pm:PM

/list_reminders

View all your currently active reminders with their scheduled times.

Create a temporary voice channel that automatically deletes when empty. Perfect for gaming sessions or quick meetings.

What is Premium and how do I get it?

Premium unlocks advanced features including unlimited reminders, priority AI support, and more. Check your status with /premium_status. Visit our dashboard to manage your Premium subscription.

What data does BestieBot store?

BestieBot only stores data necessary for functionality: active reminders (user ID, task, time), temporary voice channel data, and Premium server lists. All data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

Why does the bot need Administrator permissions?

Administrator permissions ensure BestieBot can create/delete channels, manage messages, and access all features without permission conflicts. You can manually configure specific permissions if preferred.

Can I customize the bot's prefix?

BestieBot uses Discord's slash command system exclusively, which doesn't require a prefix. This ensures commands are easy to discover and use across all servers.
