By using clowe.dev and associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
clowe.dev is a personal portfolio and web application that provides the following services:
User Accounts & Authentication
Access to certain features requires authentication through Sign in with Apple. By signing in, you authorize us to access limited information from your Apple ID as described in our Privacy Policy.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID
- •You must comply with Apple's Terms of Service when using Sign in with Apple
- •You may revoke access at any time through your Apple ID settings
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
- •Circumvent rate limits or abuse API endpoints
- •Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- •Use the Service for any unlawful or malicious purpose
Intellectual Property
All code, design, branding, and content associated with clowe.dev are the intellectual property of Curtis Bryant unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Third-party content (such as Apple Music metadata) remains the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curtis Bryant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user that violates these Terms of Service or otherwise misuses the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and revoking access through your Apple ID settings. Upon termination, stored data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
